We've been working extra hard of late so heres an update on some stuff thats been going on....
We have won a Youth Music Power Play bid to deliver music based activities to young people working with targeted youth support in 4 of our most deprived areas in the Bay!
We're partners on an 'improving futures' bid for 900k to improve the lives of children from families with complex needs.
We're through to round two of Reaching Communities with the Lottery, Children in Need and Comic Relief.
Rock School performed an amazingly ear splitting / eye brow raising set for Torbay Schools Festival.
We now have alcohol in the Bar downstairs. Called Bar Deep its family friendly during the day with amazing food from Breakers Cafe and converts to a dedicated live music bar after 9pm for over 18's only.
We are now partners with South West Music Forum so we can give all things music in Torbay a voice in a national forum.
Rock School are (as far as we know!!) the only Torbay project to be asked to play in Devon's Mix Festival in June. Complete with our own trailer we intend to bring the house down!
